My Delivery Experience...

Baby girl, NICOLE♥♥♥♥♥♥(Natural Birth with epidural and without gas air) The doctor (trainee doctor and a nurse next to him just watched
) poke on my spine wrongly! He then prepared the procedure for the epidural on me and he did it wrongly! The 3rd time, blood start gushing out of my spine as my husband watch in horror! The doctor then use an ice pack and placed it on my thigh, asking me if I can feel the coldness coz you're not supposed to feel anything (both legs should be numb)...So I said yes, I can still feel it! Once again, he ask me to lean forward with a pillow on my lap together with that painful strap-on hearbeat thingy on my pregnant belly and i am trying very hard to lean forward as much as I can and it's so uncomfortable! He did the epidural on my spine once again!!! Ouch. Even my veins were not spared! (Another different doctor this time) Twice on the same vein, for the IV and the doctor gave up trying. This time a midwife did it perfectly! On the same hand that was poked a couple of times for the IV, my hand had turned numb! (few days after delivery, one of my nail on my finger turns black! guess it was blood clot and thankfully, my hand was okay after a week! My friend told me to lodge a complain but i didn't as the midwife there was nice to me. Oh well; they're lucky but there won't be a next time!!!
Baby Boy, KEVIN♥♥♥♥♥♥(Natural Birth w/o Epidural and without gas air) He just swam out! Was delivered by a midwife! She told me not to push and I wanted an epidural but she said no, I can't. She said it's too late! So still having the urge to push but she stopped me. Well i guess she wanted me to wait for the doctor or something but she was taking her sweet time preparing stuff and not assisting me in delivering the baby! Before she could do anything, it was too late, my baby boy just swam out! Then she had no choice but to drop everything she was doing and he was delivered by a midwife with no doctors around! I was left there, uncleaned and about 20 to 30 minutes later, a male doctor came by to stitch me up and he was alone with no midwife or assistant nurse around! WTH right??! The jab that he gave to numb that area weren't affective as I could still feel the sharp sting while he was stitching me up! Well, I don't believe in screaming out loud. Endure and endure!
Baby Boy, JUNIOR♥♥♥♥♥♥(Natural Birth w/o Epidural and without gas air) Similar, swam out as well until the nurses didn't have time to put on the gloves properly-one side of the glove was wrongly used as a finger was missing in that slot! It was a funny scene and the reaction from my husband's look on his face; priceless!!! The trainee nurses weren't professionally prepared and believe it or not, the same thing, I could still feel the sting and each time she pull the stitch upwards, I could feel it!
Breathe and endure once again!!

Baby Girl, DANIELLE♥♥♥♥♥♥ (Natural Birth with Epidural and without gas air) This time, she's born after few hours of labour. The usual; I don't believe in screaming out loud except breathe and remain calm. I've read that some women do really give birth really quiet and I'm one of them. The moment she's out into this world, i felt relief. I'm glad she's so adorable and healthy. There was only one staff doctor and a nurse who did the epidural procedure and guess what? He did not do it right. I just couldn't believe it, my husband Jeremy had to go out of the room. Don't know why but he did as told. Sheesh. He did the procedure once again and finally a success. I was really hoping that everything will turn out fine. After the baby were born, a male doctor came in without a female staff nurse by his side. And he did the injection (to numb that area for stitching) and stitched me up; alone. NO female nurse! I thought there must always be a female staff nurse whenever a male doctor is in the room right? Be it any procedure; it is not right. Thank god everything was over and Jeremy witnessed each and all four - the birth of his babies! Thank god for that!

My delivery experience are all true and I'm not gonna mention the 4 different hospitals here on my blog. Wouldn't want to get them into trouble right? :)

Question: Do you ever have trouble getting your toddler to have their meals? It's quite common for parents to describe their children as picky or choosy about what they eat. In fact, a study of eating behaviour in young children found that up to 50% of parents consider their children to be picky eaters. My baby girl did. But believe it or not, she loves salads and broccoli like it's her favourite snack! So, it's not too bad after all.

Are there anyone like me? Having kids that's not eating well or maybe need a remedy for colic, teething, etc...anything you wanna discuss just go ahead, just post it here!
